Hello, should I get the Macbook Air MC8K4LL/A just because of the M3 chip? The M2 version is $200 less, while everything else is the same. 16GB memory and 2556GB SSD.

Hi, I don't know what you'll use it for, but the differences aren't big for sure. The M3 CPU is indeed somewhat faster, but it would make sense to go for it IMO only if you do some video or graphics rendering and even then the 200 dollar difference may be not worth it. Even the battery life is the same.
All other differences are minor, like WiFi 6 vs 6E, but let's mention you can hook up the M3 MBA to 2 monitors if you don't use its own screen. The max. on the M2 MBA is its screen plus a single monitor.
I see you have shared the Midnight ones. On the M3 the Midnight chassis has a coating that reduces fingerprints.
And that's pretty much it, no big differences.
