Is the ComfortView Plus option worth additional $127 when purchasing the laptop version of the Latitude 3530, not 2-in1?

it's definitely worth it, not just because of ComfortView Plus (hardware-based blue light reduction). The CV+ option on the Latitude 5350 in particular also includes 400 nit brightness instead of 250 nit and IR camera in addition.

It's interesting that the higher-brightness CV+ option versus the basic non-CV+ is marked with "battery saving" and consumes less power as per the specs: 2.52 W instead of 3.50 W ("at Mosaic", whatever that is): https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/latitude-13-5350-2-in-1-laptop/latitude-5350-owners-manual/display?guid=guid-26c53099-b0c1-4576-8a59-ed18f006f455&lang=en-us
